How to join.

A few simple steps from application to your booth.

Create an account

Set up your profile and upload your logo, info & description.

Apply & agree

Pick your date(s) and agree to the vendor contract - it's built into the application. Applying doesn't guarantee a spot.

Get accepted

We curate a local, wellness-aligned mix of small businesses, so acceptance is selective.

Pay your fee

On acceptance, your fee is charged automatically (autopay). Not on autopay? You have 72 hours to pay, or the spot reopens.

Upload your COIs

Add your Certificate(s) of Insurance at least 10 days before the event. Some markets need more than one - we tell you how many when you apply.

Grab the Delray Vendor Guide below for everything about the day. Please bring: 10×10 tent, 30 lb weights per leg, table, and signage. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
